What We Do

We will lend 100% of the purchase, improvements and closing costs up to 70% - 75% of the After-Repair-Value for Rehab-Spec and Small Commercial Properties

 

We specialize in providing a quick way to obtain funding for short-term acquisition and rehabilitation financing for investors and developers for one to four unit residential properties and mixed-use and small commercial properties.

 

We provide rehab-spec loans from $100,000 to $2,500,000.

 

We presently lend in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties in Pennsylvania.  We will soon

be expanding into Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey.

 

What We Don't Do

We do not lend on properties where you live or plan to live in the property.

 

Who We Are

MayoBay® is a private money lender located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a lender we provide short term funding for rehab-spec and small commercial hard money loans.

 

As a consultant we can also help you obtain other sources of financing to help you achieve your goals. 

 

Who is an Ideal Client?

An ideal client is a person or entity (Corporation, LLC, etc) that needs a quick way to obtain the funding for a rehab project and for many reason may not want to use a personal credit line or are looking for an alternative to conventional bank loans.
